SHIPPING POLICY
WHERE?
Australia wide!
We avoid delivering to PO Boxes as these boxes may have conditions not ideal for our chocolate.

WHEN?
Monday till Wednesday: Our chocolate is a Belgian Couverture chocolate that does not contain any dodgy stuff that would keep it solid even in warm weather! Therefore we will always keep a close eye to the weather forecast and if we have to hold off on shipping your order, we will keep you posted. For the same reason we will not send your order from Thursday to Sunday nor during Public holidays when your chocolate would be transit.

Returns and Refund
Due to our products being perishable we cannot accept returns on items under any circumstances.

Should you wish to change your mind about the order, orders can be changed or cancelled for a full refund up until the order has shipped. Once the order has shipped we can no longer change nor refund the order.

Should items not arrive in the expected condition please contact us with photos of the chocolates how they arrived for us to review. Should we deem that the chocolates arrived in an unsatisfactory we will provide a replacement or credit for the damaged products. As our chocolate is temperature-sensitive, we will manage the heat exposure as much as possible, but unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for any melting or spoilage.
