Do you ship Australia wide?

Yes, we can ship anywhere around Australia. However, we avoid delivering to PO Boxes as these boxes may have conditions not ideal for our chocolate.

How much is shipping?

During winter time for VIC, NSW, ACT and TAS :
$13.50 for Standard Post while Express Post costs $17.50. But good news is we offer FREE* shipping for orders over $100 (after discount).
 
During winter time for NT, SA, WAand Queensland: Express Post costs $17.50. But good news is we offer FREE* shipping for orders over $100 (after discount).
 
During hot season, we will only be shipping via express post until winter time comes back. Shipping is therefore:
$17.50*
FREE* for orders over $100 (after discount)
*Wholesale, corporate and wedding orders excluded.

How long will shipping take?

After shipping: 2 to 5 days for Express Post and 3 to 8 business days for a Standard Post.

Do you have delivery guidelines?

Yes. We only do deliveries from Monday to Wednesday. We hold deliveries from Thursday to Sunday and during Public holidays when your chocolates would be in transit.
 
Please be reminded our chocolate is a Belgian couverture chocolate that does not contain any dodgy stuff that would keep it solid even in warm weather. Therefore we always keep a close eye to the weather forecast to know if we should hold our scheduled deliveries. 
 
We want every chocolate to be the best of quality. Moreover, it is handcrafted so we take time and effort in creating these premium and tasty chocolates for you. 
 
If this happens we always make sure that you are informed about the delay.

Any suggestions on how to maintain the quality of my chocolates?

Accepted Answer

Our chocolate is best kept at a temperature of between 16-20ºC with low humidity, away from light. 
 
As oppose to popular belief, chocolates shouldn't be stored in the fridge. However, if you live in a very warm and humid climate, and do not have proper air conditioning, you may need to store your chocolates in the fridge.
 
We recommend that you place your chocolates in an airtight container. In order to avoid sudden changes in temperature, let the chocolate come back to room temperature before opening the airtight container.
 
Kindly take note that our chocolates have a high content in cocoa butter, keep them away from strongly perfumed items or strongly flavoured food like spices or garlic because it would absorb them.

Upon arrival, how long will the chocolate last?"

Our chocolates are made with fresh products, however, they have a long shelf life. QQ La Praline chocolates can last several months if they are stored in proper conditions (in a cool dry place, preferably between 16-22°C, away from light). 
 
The best recommendation is to consume them within the best before date so you can enjoy the unique taste of our chocolates.

When flavours is sold out, how many days will it take to have a new batch of stock?"

Usually it will take 1 to 3 business days before we can restock sold out flavours. This is another reason why when you place an order, it might take 1 to 3 business days before it can be ready for delivery. 
 
Take note that we make handcrafted chocolates so it takes more time and effort in production compared to mass produced chocolates but we guarantee that we only serve premium chocolates at your doorsteps.
